Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. We strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. After a bike has been used, even for short ride, it is not possible to sell again as new. As such, we try our hardest to help our customers choose the correct bike for their needs and we encourage them to test ride the bike before purchasing. We do however recognize that purchasing a bike is a significant investment, and want to make sure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. As such, if the bike is in new condition or like-new condition (lightly test-ridden), we can return the bike for a full refund within 10 days, or for store credit/exchange within 30 days. Bikes that appear used will be subject to a restocking fee or will not be eligible for return. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances for special order bikes, custom bikes, or bikes purchased on sale.

Other Merchandise:

Merchandise other than bicycles is eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase provided that it is unused, in the original packaging, and with the original receipt. Installed parts and accessories, or merchandise not in the original packaging will not be considered for return or exchange. No refunds or exchanges for merchandise purchased on sale.


No refunds on labor for work performed.
