Store Policies


We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.


If there‚Äôs a problem with something you purchased from us, you can return it to our store for a full refund or store credit within 30 days--subject to the following condictions. We try our hardest to help our customers choose the correct bike for their needs and we encourage them to test ride the bike before purchasing. Because of the care we take in helping you make the right purchase for your needs, we allow refund/store credit on bike purchases that are pre-approved for a refund/store credit at time of sale only. . Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return. Merchandise that has been damaged cannot be returned. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels. Special order merchandise may not be returned.
